Regular boiler inspections and maintenance reduces the total cost of ownership of a boiler. Oftentimes, a very expensive boiler repair can be prevented by proper maintenance and operation of a boiler.

 

 

Our Service Model

We want to be a long-term partner for boiler plant operators that prioritize investments in staff, equipment, and maintenance. As we do more business with a customer, our cost to serve a customer decreases and we are able to pass these savings onto our customer.

We offer three levels of boiler service and pricing to our customers, and discounts are available for our Platinum and Gold customers.

  • Platinum: Service agreement with monthly service focused on preventive maintenance across a boiler plant and sustained boiler health. Includes annual Boiler Inspection, and call-out service at discounted price. Very fast response times to support smooth plant operations.

  • Gold: Canadian Steam performs annual Boiler Inspection as well as routine service work throughout the year as needed. This options offers discounted price for labour and material, and these service calls are prioritized in the work queue.

  • Silver: Canadian Steam responds on a call-out on an as-needed basis. Technician is sent when schedule permits, and the customer is offered standard pricing on labour and a standard mark up on materials.

While renting a boiler, customers are automatically enrolled in the Platinum service agreement; call-outs for rentals are prioritized and preferential pricing is offered on all labour and material.
